BOOKING POLICY

NB: PLEASE NOTE ALL PRICES ABOVE ARE FOR 4 PEOPLE : ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED £40.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT

A £300.00 Deposit is required to secure the dates you require for the property.

​

Deposit payments are acceptable by PayPal subject to a 4% surcharge. This is the most secure and efficient method to ensure the dates you require are blocked and made unavailable to other guests on all sites.

​

The full balance payment is required 10 weeks before arrival date.

​

Balance payments can be made by bank transfer which is surcharge free. Balance payments can also be made by PayPal subject to a 4% surcharge.

​

The deposit is returnable in full upon vacating the property in the condition in which it was found. Cleaning is included in the rental cost.
